A message from our president

PureSnacks is a proud Canadian company treating and feeding pets from coast to coast since 2005. As a Canadian owned company, we believe in transparency, so we wanted to share a few things about us: our owners, head office and packaging kitchen are all in Quebec, Canada. Our 30 Canadian team members work hard every day to make the best treats and toppers in the world and we all appreciate the support and love Canadian Pet parents have for PureSnacks.

Our Canadian co-packing kitchen makes over 3 million bags of freeze dried treats and toppers for Canadian pet parents every year. If you're curious, just take a look at our lot number on the back of your bag and if it begins with a "V", that means it was prepared and packaged in Quebec, Canada.

PureSnacks treats and toppers are made with the same carefully selected simple ingredients that you’d find at your local grocery store. We’ve got nothing to hide. We take great pride in sourcing and making the best treats and toppers from around the world.

Here is a quick summary of all our PureSnacks products and where they are made when destined for Canadian Pet Parents:

PureSnacks ownership, worldwide head office, and Canadian kitchen:

• Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, Canada

All PureSnacks Freeze Dried Treats and Toppers:

• Our ingredients are always human grade, we mainly source them from the USA, and freeze dry them in our Texas kitchen
• From there, our freeze dried ingredients are shipped to our Quebec, Canada kitchen where they are prepared and packaged
• Finally, our freeze dried treats and toppers are shipped to our Toronto, Canada warehouse and then to pet stores from coast to coast

PureSnacks Air Dried treats:

• Our ingredients are sourced and gently air dried in Thailand
• Our gently air dried ingredients are then prepared and packaged in Thailand as well
• Finally, our gently air dried treats are shipped to our Toronto, Canada warehouse and then to pet stores from coast to coast

We are grateful to the millions of pet parents who support PureSnacks every day and the team members who freeze dry our human grade ingredients in our Texas, USA kitchen. As a company, we are strong believers in supporting all of the great countries from around the world but we especially appreciate the love and support our Canadian pet parents show for this privately owned homegrown brand of dog and cat treats and toppers.
